Avongold Group was established in 2003 by Ms Catherine Teoh. As the company's current CEO, Ms Catherine has more than 20 years of experiences in various infrastructure projects including the construction of roads, drainages and landscaping. Numerous successful tenders of JKR projects in the Northern and the East Coast regions of the peninsular of Malaysia has equipped Ms Catherine with extensive experiences and essential know-hows in the field of property development and construction.
Since 2002, Avongold Group has been actively involved in a wide range of prestigious property projects, especially landed properties developments. We have never failed in delivering top quality and highly-valued products to our customers in Penang. Apart from improving the infrastructure, we consistently uphold our mission to create sustainable environment and community. We are very proud of our contribution in reclaiming and remediating hazardous and contaminated lands towards becoming a cleaner and more productive land usage models and environment.
